Terms of Service and Agreement
Hi Parents,
I am so excited to be supporting you through this wonderful, important milestone! As a Professional Potty Training Consultant,
I am dedicated to helping families successfully potty train their children in an efficient and timely manner. I have a 100% success rate!
This letter will serve as our Agreement and Terms of Service so that we can agree to the following:
We can communicate via email and Facebook Messenger whenever needed and I can be reached 7 days a week (unless otherwise specified.) If the coaching Plan you choose includes follow-up texts, messaging and email communication, Plan 3 & 4 - you are welcome to message me directly or email me anytime.
You will receive an immediate reply from me within a few hours whenever possible and/or within reasonable daytime hours. If you don’t get an instant reply immediately, please keep in mind there may be a time zone difference, or it might be night time where I am.
If you don’t get an instant reply immediately, I might be in a consultation session helping other clients. Miss Jen’s business hours are very flexible to accommodate families and help clients all over the world, in many different countries, states and time zones.
Miss Jen is not an “on call” emergency hotline nor does she provide emergency assistance. Should you need immediate emergency help, please contact your child's pediatrician or call 911.
Miss Jen’s services are provided beginning on the date of your initial consultation conversation call and will continue extending through the agreed upon time frame. If you purchase Plan 3 or 4 you are welcome to contact Miss Jen any time 24/7 within the time frame of your agreement term/months.
You will always have the option to upgrade your Plan as we go along if you decide you need more support and longer one-on-one guidance. If you’d like more check-ins, follow-up texts & direct messaging and long-term communication let me know. You have the option to continue to stay in touch to be able to ask me questions and benefit from continued correspondence and check-ins beyond the first month(s). You also have the “a la carte” options available to you if you’d like to add on a quick call or a mini session.
I am here for you any time you have questions or if you run into problems or challenges. If I don’t hear from you regularly, I’ll assume things are going well and you are satisfied with your potty training progress. That’s a good thing! To avoid putting unneeded pressure upon my clients, I might not always text you daily or message you too frequently: to avoid feelings of pressure, expectation, to avoid added stress.
In order for your role to accomplish the best chances of success in your child’s potty training journey, it is advisable to:
●Diligently carry out steps given in Miss Jen’s guidance, tips and recommendations.
●Suggestions I offer should be carried out in order for your personalized potty training program to be effective.
●You’ll need to put in the work with your child, the ball is in your court. Miss Jen is here to coach you, guide you & support you.
●There may be some homework for you: such as reading emails, watching free potty training videos, and reading the personalized materials and recommendations for your customized game plan in my PDF reports. I will help in any way I can.
●It might be helpful for you to keep daily or weekly logs of your child’s progress so we can adjust the Plan as we go along if needed.
●Watch Miss Jen’s potty training videos & free online courses as part of your potty coaching program. They cost you nothing and they’re only approx 10 minutes.
●Your participation and follow-through with your child during this entire process is crucial for your potty training Plan to be effective.
●Communicate openly to me about questions or concerns including special needs, health issues, medical conditions, motor skills delays, behavioral & emotional issues, etc.
●Consistency is key! It’s very important for you to provide your child with a reliable and predictable daily toileting routine and to implement any recommendations I give you during your appointment call and in my follow-up written correspondence, instructions, guidelines and checklists.
Refunds/Guarantees:
I am only able to offer refunds to my clients who have hired me to provide in-home potty training services at their house. This is the only coaching plan/method that enables me to directly witness and see for myself if the implementation of my personalized tips, and recommendations are being applied properly. In-home coaching is the only way I can be there in person to truly know if the suggestions I provide are being properly executed by the parent. Being there in person is the only way I am truly able to observe for myself if the child is being instructed, guided and supported using all of my tips, recommendations and suggestions correctly, as directed.
My expertise is founded on what has proven effective in my knowledge and many years of experience that has been helpful for numerous (thousands) of my other parents/families /clients. However, I am unable to offer a guarantee for the outcomes of these suggestions if they are not diligently put into practice correctly and in a timely manner.
I am unable to offer refunds or guarantee of service if I’m not hired for in-home services to work directly with your child because I’m not able to be completely sure my methods and techniques are being implemented properly by someone else. Since I cannot be aware of any potty training inconsistencies occurring in your home nor can I truly know if you are giving 100% earnest efforts to implementing the potty training Plan that I’ve provided, to the absolute best of your ability, a refund is not feasible.
Other additional circumstances that may also impact your results include: child illness, your illness, travel, developmental milestones, preschool/daycare set-backs and other life transitions or family problems, gaps in potty training schedule such as taking weekends “off” or putting your training program “on hold”, which will cause setbacks and delays.
Since I am not able to provide a refund, we can discuss alternative options such as rescheduling your potty training support for a later date when you feel you and your child are ready to try again.
You are paying for my expertise and my suggestions intended for you to put into use and practice. These suggestions have rendered many successful results for my clients through the years and continue to benefit many parents and families all over the world - every single day. It's important to mention that these are my recommendations and suggestions, so once I provide them to you, the responsibility for their implementation rests with you. Hopefully, this explains why I am unable to provide refunds nor a money-back guarantee.
Cancellations:
Just as I cannot offer full or partial refunds, nor am I able to honor a refund for a client’s cancellation. I will, however, be willing to hold a credit for you as a down-payment for future use. To be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you.
Limitation of liability:
We both agree to understand that I am not a nurse or doctor and I do not offer medical advice. My support should not take the place of your child's doctor/pediatrician. It is your responsibility to consult with your child’s health care professional if you suspect any health issues or medical concerns.
You also understand that you/the parent assume complete responsibility for the health and safety of your child and by law, you can not hold Miss Jen responsible by means of a claim or lawsuit for any injury, disability or other physical or emotional harm that may result directly or indirectly from any services provided to you during this time.
Thank you!
Now let’s get to the fun stuff!
I look forward to helping you on your potty training journey. Let’s do this!
Sincerely,
Miss Jen
