During your private 60-minute consultation, Miss Jen will listen carefully to your concerns, ask questions about your child's unique situation, and help identify the best approach for your family. Together, you'll discuss potty training strategies, troubleshoot current challenges, and create a clear path forward.

Whether you're just getting started or feeling stuck, you'll leave the session with practical advice, personalized recommendations, and greater confidence about your next steps.

Although Plan 1 does not include a written follow-up report like the other plans, you'll receive personalized guidance and recommendations during your phone consultation based on your child's unique personality, readiness, challenges, and family situation.

You’ll also get several helpful suggestions, valuable tips, emotional support, and recommendations for different ideas to try with your child. You’ll receive immediate feedback to evaluate where you are in your potty training journey and what steps to take next.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what to do next and how to confidently move forward with your potty training journey.

Plan 1 is designed as a one-time coaching consultation call, giving you immediate answers and a personalized strategy to help you get started with confidence. Miss Jen will make an assessment and immediately give you several potty training ideas.

She will offer various personalized recommendations and provide solutions & troubleshooting tailored specifically to your potty training concerns.

After your phone call, you can be on your way to conquer your potty training battles on your own - one and done.

However If you decide you'd like additional follow-up support after your consultation, you can always choose one of Miss Jen's extended coaching packages or add on another call at a later date if needed.

Can I choose a phone or video consultation?

However, if you'd like additional guidance after your one hour session, you can always book one of Miss Jen's long-term support coaching packages. Plan 4 & 5 are the most popular, more comprehensive & thorough, and offer more hand-holding along the way and increase your chances of better results faster.

Can I ask as many questions as I want?
Yes! Your 60-minute session is your time. Miss Jen encourages parents to ask questions and make the most of their consultation. Miss Jen will be taking extensive notes during your call, and she will be happy to email everything she typed up for you if you select plans 2, 3, 4, or 5, (follow-up notes and a report included with those plans)

Includes one month of direct support to help you stay on track and troubleshoot challenges as they come up. Added reassurance that Miss Jen will be available when things get difficult.

1. Three separate one-hour phone consultations or face-to-face video chats. This includes your first initial call and then two additional follow-up phone conversations or video chats later in the process to stay connected and go over any obstacles or issues causing potty training delays, concerns, or regression.

2. Customized detailed follow-up written reports summarizing our conversations with various checklists and personalized recommendations, references, resources & links specific to your unique potty training circumstances & your customized game plan.

3.
